You should act like your not jealous and tell him that you want to hang out sometime(If you want too) If you want to go out with him then wait until he brakes up with his girlfriend and then hang out with him and ask him out. If he says no then say okay and then just keep talking to him. Also he wants to meet him our boyfriend because he wants to see if he is hotter then him and he wants to act like him to get you back.
