My mother is a demon from Hell what do i do?

My mom keeps going back on her word and if i try to get what i want (AFTER GIVING HER WHAT SHE WANTS) I get ignored. I sweated my *** off during school I got A horors and she keeps saying you can dye your hair. I'll say when she'll say a date then bee like "Opps No you can't" and then fuc*ing ignores me when i say why. ANd its time to dye my hair and she says "We forgot to do something" And I'm thinking "No you forgot about me and went to sleep" What am i supposed to do with this demon!? I'm not mad becuz she wont let me dye my hair I'm mad becuz she keeps going back on her word. And how is that being a good mother?
