How do I stop this madness!?

those dogs are not evil, they are untrained ... which is not the dog's fault but you hate them, that is very logical ... and unless everyone in the house is on the same page, squirting them with water will do nothing ... if you hate it so much, move ... and if you are a kid deal with it ...
