I dont understand this guy?

Been hanging out everyday for a week now. I'm 25 he's 24. Wants to hold me, kiss me, hug me, but the dude just says mean things. His friend says he's always been this way. He has said "you busted lookin stripper" "your dumb as fuc*" "you walk with a stick up ur ***" etc then he will be like jk. Always askin me who I'm texting. Found out he went through my computer snooping. I like him but I don't know how to deal with this, I've never met anyone like him.
