My doctors doing my head in, im trying to come off citalopram?

And I moved down to 10 mg from 20 a few months ago without telling him, but I told him today that I have eased my way off them and I want something just for anxiety as I dont feel depressed anymore he said no, and prescribed me 10 mg of citalopram, I dont want them any more my cupboards full of them, and also I asked him to refer to. To a gland specialist as im always tired and feeling run down, dry mouth all the time, he says this is normal and gives me some crappy anti biotics as usual, this is not what I asked for its so fuc*ing frustrating having to deal with this crap, it would be nice if all doctors actually listend to ther patients instead of parming them off with unapreciated crap all the time :(
