You really need to invest in ear plugs, esp if shooting. There are cheap foam ones ($2) that can be bought at drug stores, some grocery stores, and hardware stores. They are disposable but can be used more than once. Your ears may have been damaged, yes the loud music after the shooting could have made it worse. You may regain complete health, time will tell. Listen to your body, and keep a couple of pairs of plugs in the glove box, they come in handy. From another shooter.)
