Question about reawakening tinnitus, ear health, and loudness?

the swooshing in your ears is just blood rushing around. Your ears will heal but maybe start keeping ear plugs around for those situations. I know, I played drums for a long time and still get ringing in my ears at times. Background noise makes it hard for me to hear too.
