What to do after you over eat?

My ******** parents took me to freaking mexican and now i feel freaking fat im trying to lose freaking weight and its like they do this on purpose! I've been trying for like 3 weeks and when I finally stay on all day and I'm doing perfect they do this to me! What the fuc* am i supposed to do now i'm literally crying!
